One of our well established banking client is looking for a Bilingual Activation Customer Service Representative Major Bank Duration 4 months contract with a high possibility of extension Location Ottawa ON Hours of Work Must be Flexible from Monday Friday 9 00-am 11 00 pm and Saturday 9 00AM -9 00 PM Off Sundays Please send updated resume in English MS word Format only Department Overview Bank s Sales Department is a fast paced high volume inbound outbound phone channel. The associates are measured on various metrics which include sales call quality accuracy and efficiency. The Sales team will need candidates who are capable of delivering exceptional customer service while driving to exceed the goals set out by their manager. The candidate needs to demonstrate strong negotiation skills as well as various sales and marketing techniques. Must Have Must be fluent in both the languages (English and French) Sales Experience Call Centre Experience Customer Service Strong Negotiation Skill Job Responsibilities The main function of a Bilingual Contact Centre specialist is to interact with customers activate their credit cards promote credit insurance products to qualifying customers and handle inquires about products services. A typical customer service specialist is responsible for determining the client s issue offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed. Job Requirements The new and existing customers will be calling in to activate the credit card and the expectation is to promote our credit insurance products to qualifying customers on every call (very sales driven position). Must have proven sales ability experience. Ability to work independently in pursuit of exceeding departmental goals while focusing on sales accuracy and quality and Excellent displays of multi-tasking and negotiation skills are key attributes in adding value to the role. The majority of time will be spent receiving calls from customers set out by bank s strategies. On these calls the associates will be expected to actively sell credit insurance defined by adhering to the strategies in place. They will need to demonstrate strong multitasking skills. Skills 1 years of sales and customer service experience Ability to work independently in pursuit of exceeding departmental goals while focusing on sales accuracy and quality. Excellent displays of multi-tasking and negotiation skills are key attributes in adding value to the role. Verbal and written communication skills attention to detail customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one s time. Ability to accurately document and record customer client information. Previous experience with computer applications such as MS Office and data entry software.
