Rich Broadcasting is looking for highly motivated creative and responsible people to be part of its on-call event crew. The event crew will assist in the executing of all station(s) marketing and promotional activities. The ideal candidate should be able to multi task in a fast paced environment have a strong work ethic possess a valid driver s license and be able to work evenings and weekends.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Driving station(s) promotional vehicles Conducting on-site promotions Setting up station event promotion sites with all necessary equipment (i.e. booth banners PA system premiums client materials etc.) Acting as a representative for the station community events promotions Managing and distributing station prizes at station events promotions Compiling material for event recaps Updating station(s) website(s) as necessary Performing basic office administrative functions Maintaining the highest standard of business etiquette while interacting with clients listeners and event attendees Representing Rich Broadcasting in the highest regard within the community and business environment Working in compliance with all Company policies and procedures QUALIFICATIONS Skills & Abilities Required Must have a valid driver s license and clear driving record Able to learn how to operate audio and technical equipment Must be able to lift move and carry up to 40 pounds Report to designated event promotion sites in a timely manner Comfortable working and talking in front of the public Self starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team Must be able to work flexible hours including nights early mornings overnights holidays and weekendsEducation Required High school diploma or GED equivalent Qualified candidates are invited to download the application available on our website (www.richbroadcasting.com).To be considered an application must be submitted by fax email or mail for current posted positions.Resume is only accepted when accompanying our application.
