Tsui Hang Village Restaurant is currently recruiting Chinese Cuisine Cook Dim Sum Cook (Multiple Vacancy) 1193 Granville Street Vancouver BC V6Z 1M1 Position Requirement - Minimum 3 years of Chinese Cuisine Dim Sum cooking experience- Skills in traditional Chinese Cuisine Dim Sum- High school education- Able to work on shifts including weekends and holidays - Able to work independently- Clean responsible hard-working and punctualJob Description - Cook Chinese Cuisine dishes Dim Sum- Creation of new menus Dim Sum and special set menus to attract new customers - Ensure quality of food- Help to train junior kitchen staff- Assign duties to junior kitchen staff - Maintain inventory and records of food supplies and equipment- Work with specialized cooking equipment (deep fryer etc.)- Ensure the Kitchen is properly cleaned and sanitized.
