LOOKING FOR 2 ROOMMATES

Looking for two guy roommates starting next semester. House is located off of River Rd in a popular college neighborhood. It is very close to campus in a great location. Easy to get to and from campus without having to deal with traffic especially on game days. It s a 3 bedroom 2 bath (you will share a bathroom with the other roommate) garage driveway and street parking decent size backyard theres a pond just off the backyard security cameras around the outside. The house has been well taken care of one of the nicest houses in the neighborhood. Rent is around 700 including utilities. Ideally looking for someone who is fairly neat (don t have to be OCD) someone who will respect the property and hopefully someone who is younger (maybe still in college like myself).
