They are looking for a Bilingual Receptionist Filing Clerk This is 12 months contract with a very high possibility of extension. Manager Notes -Candidate will be covering reception desk 1.5 hours a day. -20-25 lines system Centrex (not necessary to have worked on this system specifically) -Other hours will be filled with filing (alpha) as well as organizing the files themselves picking up mail doing deposits (same building) and photocopying. -Opportunity for the contract to be extended. Education Experience High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2 to 4 years experience required. Skills and Competencies. Bilingual French English Receptionist and filing experience Highly organized Ability to keep information confidential Good telephone etiquette Professional Ability to work independently and manage one s time. Proficient in Outlook (used to send messages when at reception) and Word (for filing purposes).
