Duties include appointment setting (no cold calling) answering questions regarding company products and services assisting customers with membership accounts and courtesy customer follow up. No sales billing or collections involved. Extensive support and training provided. A friendly upbeat phone presence and a desire to help others is a must Basic computer skills including email internet and word processing are necessary. You must be able to work without supervision and have decent multi-tasking abilities. We have the latest in virtual office technology so telecommuting is an option. Your computer must be reliable and up to date with high speed internet access. A reliable phone with clear service and three way capabilities is also necessary.
