Hotel Maintenance Engineer

Experienced in hotel maintenance. Individual will be trustworthy dependable and flexable work schedule. Person must be responsible for PTAC units plumbing issues some electrical issues repair any damage to interior walls. Upkeep on all hotel equipment. This position requires the individual to be self motivated organized able to work independently in a fast paced environment. Work has to meet hotel brand standards. Be able to maintain hotel preventive maintenance program. The individual that fills the position must be customer service oriented professional in appearance and refrain from the use of profanity in the work place. Person must have valid ID and a valid drivers license and must pass back ground check. No need to apply if you cannot meet any of the requirements listed above. Salary will be discussed at interview.
