Winter Walking Meditation

WINTER WALKING MEDITATION AMONG THE TREES Feburary 7 2015 12 00 pm Join us for a two hour winter walking meditation among the big trees of the University of Pennsylvania s Morris Arboretum. We will meet at Soji Zen Center at noon for an orientation and carpool to Chestnut Hill. At Morris Arboretum we will have some walking conversation and some silent walking or sitting time then we will work on composing a few short verses from our time outdoors. At the completion of our time we will share some of these verses with each other.
