Spanish receptionist

Job Description A1 Tax Services LLC is looking for a part time bilingual Spanish English receptionist for our Tucker office. The shift for this position is MONDAY-SATURDAY from 12pm-5pm (working on Saturdays from 9am-5pm). The position is 9 hr with option to work from home and stay available translate. Typical Duties Good communication and data entry skills are required for this position. Provide customer service in a professional and friendly manner. Answering Telephones Scheduling Appointments Maintaining Appointment Book Confirming Appointments Follow up on no shows cancellation of Appointments Respond to customer questions and or concerns and refer to appropriated associate. Checking voicemail on a daily basis. Qualifications A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent Fluent Bilingual English - Spanish
