Inspector III

This class is responsible for performing the most complex residential and commercial inspections. This class may also be responsible for reviewing commercial plans in compliance with state law or local ordinances. Bachelor s Degree in Construction Engineering Planning or related field and five years of related experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Licensing Requirements (based on the area of expertise) May require Level III certification in at least one construction trade Level I or higher certification in four construction trades certification as Zoning Official or American Institute of Certified Planners. Valid Driver s License.
