Our client is well-established in banking client looking for a Bilingual Collection Agent Banking Experience Location MONTREAL QC Duration 18 Months contract with high possibility of extension. Job Description - Perform Outbound collections call to Clients regarding pass due invoices statements (early stage delinquency courtesy calls) - Answer incoming calls from clients regarding pass due invoices statements - Reduce client delinquency - Perform other related Customer Service responsibilities as requiredSkills Required - Minimum of 2 years experience in Collections or Customer Service (call center or retail environment) - College degree or equivalent working experience - Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Customer Service Oriented - Excellent Communication skills - Outstanding command of French and English language - Fast learner - Sale acumen - Comfortable learning new software - Proactive Shift Timing Monday Friday 4pm to 10pm -Saturday 8am-4pm -Sunday 12pm-8pm We will offer the possibility for part-time candidates (1 or 2 or 3 evening shift weekends). Hours offered will vary between 20.75h week to 30.5h week max. The schedules will be fixed but might change according to Business needs therefore agent would need to be available in the above timeframe.
