Need roommate to help with bills

I live in a 4 bedroom 1 bath three story half double and recently became single so I m looking for a roommate or possibly two. I m asking 425 month which includes rent gas water and electric. If interested in getting cable internet I will gladly split the cost with you.The house itself is furnished with washer dryer TVs fridge stove couch and dining room table and chairs. I have two bedrooms available on the 2nd floor and one on the third floor which also has a small storage room and two storage closets. The kitchen and bathroom are recently remodeled but the rest of the house is original. All hardwood floors except for the bedroom on the third floor is carpeted My place is pet friendly kid friendly and smoker friendly. If youre a non smoker I will smoke outside. A little about me I m a 30 year old male. I work a full time job and spend most my free time with my kids. Im quiet but not antisocial. Recently divorced so I am stuck in this lease and just need some extra help with bills.
