With 30 years of combined experience we take pride in selecting the right candidate for the job.Summary This position is responsible for supporting the Transportation Department updating manifests maintaining BOL s assist with Siris updates and other reports for the department.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Maintain Bill of Lading (BOL) store files Create update and maintain pool manifests Email pool manifests to appropriate carriers Provide transportation customer service to stores and Distribution Center associates Assist with updating SIRIS and any traffic spreadsheets Send store manifests to 3PLs Become a store 3PL coordinator during the season Email store shipment notifications to stores and managers Generate and mail spirit closing packets Qualifications To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
