The individual in this role must have a very good grasp of technology used for producing reports and stats in addition to strong organizational skills. Responsibilities Using standard email directory to prepare letters for team to government authorities and clients Creating and maintaining standard letter directory Answering telephone dealing with straightforward queries taking detailed messages and forwarding to team Preparation of standard application forms (I-130 s I-485 s I-765 I-90 s N-400 s etc.....) Faxing and photocopying correspondence and documents General filing of client documents and file retrieval Must have experience on Translating Birth Marriage Death Certificates Delegate appropriate work to group admin assist Drafting of basic visa applications and supporting documentation Assisting with Immigration clerk caseload as required in their absence Key Attributes Strong command of Spanish and English languages Attention to detail Strong organizational skills Ability to multi-task Ability to deliver accurately to tight deadlines Ability to work in a high pressured and time sensitive environment Ability to work within a team Good communication skills - verbal and written Initiative and self-motivated Proficient in Excel Word PowerPoint plus type 40-50 words per minute Some client service experience is desirable Ability to assimilate and apply skills to new client accounts Salary from 10- 13 hourly depending Exp.
