Looking for an energetic upbeat Receptionist Office Coordinator to join our law firm. Main Responsibilities Include Answering the telephone and responding to email inquiries. Coordinating calendaring and confirming appointments. Able to perform clerical tasks such as faxing copying scanning prepping mailings witnessing documents and preparing client binders. Maintain safe and clean reception area and conference room. Welcome guests by greeting them and offering them a beverage. Sort mail and go to the Post Office as needed. Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed. Distributing monthly newsletter and maintaining social media accounts. Acting as Legal Assistant when needed to support attorneys and paralegals. Valued Skills Qualifications Excellent Customer ServiceConfidentiality and DiscretionProfessionalismOrganizationMultitas king in a fast-paced dynamic environmentMicrosoft Office -- Word Excel Outlook and CRM software.Friendly and energetic with a positive attitudeThis position requires at least 1 years experience as a receptionist. Experience in a law firm experience is a plus. Notary Public a plus.The position is FULL TIME. The hours for the position are MONDAY through THURSDAY from 9 15am-5pm.Starting 9.50 hr. Salary review after 90 days.
