My client is a well-established Printing Firm is looking to fill a position of Bilingual Fleet Analyst Duration 12 months contract with the possibility of extension Location Ottawa ON No. of openings 1 POSITION CONCEPT The Fleet Analyst is responsible for optimizing the Customer s office environment and ensuring SOW (Statement of Work) delivery through fleet management and full deployment of the Office Services Solution. The Fleet Analyst will continuously assess and optimize the fleet environment through understanding the customer s vision mission end user s needs (requirements and applications) through ongoing fleet assessments. They will proactively identify risk and opportunities within the account and action with the Account Team. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 1- Account Development Build and maintain client relationships across all stakeholders in the account(s) Participate in Sales efforts such as LAMP and account reviews. Expand the range of services Organisations offers the customer increasing the Organisations services offering employed in the customer s operation Manage various internal processes required to service and deliver Organisation s capabilities to the clients so that it is seamless Develop strong knowledge of the clients business needs and disseminate this information to account team to create winning value propositions for the client and Organisations Understand the breadth of Organisations products solutions and services and the resources that support the sale and service of these products and services Engage the BM BDE when opportunities arise in any of the accounts to expand sales of Organisations products and or services 2- Operational Excellence Oversees the delivery of contracted services according to contract terms as well as the customers satisfaction with those services Responsible for implementing account based actions and recommendations as prescribed by Business Operations and Delivery departments Responsible for managing and updating account specific processes within the Operations Manual Leads the extended account team in identifying and delivering value to the customer Advises the customer of contract deliverables and on information technology business strategy with the goal of improving the success of the customers business operation Applies advanced knowledge of trends in the marketplace and at customer locations and can project implications for Organisations fleets. The advanced knowledge would come from keeping up with the latest industry information attending training sessions and networking with other Fleet Analyst and specialists within Organisations Represents Organisations with authority to deliver on Organisations commitments Ongoing fleet assessments against ODA targets utilizing ODA tools and processes driving continuous improvements 3-Financial Responsibility Manage operating targets for all accounts Develop short and long-term strategy and execute the plan to achieve operations targets for all accounts SKILLS Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong system skills including IMS Excel PowerPoint Visio High energy self-motivated ability to work independently & solve problems Strong customer service skills Strong communication skills - verbal and written Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to apply critical thinking in determining fleet optimization recommendations Knowledge of organisations office offerings Ability to function well in a team environment Please note that this is the most up to date version of job description available at this time During Client Interview you will receive additional information variance may apply When you have some time please register in our database (5 minute process) to be considered for future openings the link is available on our website at www.teamrecruiter.com in the Candidate section.
