I just bought a new home and looking to sell this property quick Would be a great home for a family or a rental property I am selling a 3 year old 2012 Clayton Home Laredo Model 3 bedroom 2 bathroom trailer located in the Fairview North Trailer Park. This is a very quiet and safe location no incidents in the two years I have lived here. The trailer has been set with electrical and plumbing already connected. There is a driveway with an extension already laid for ample parking.The home is a shingled manufactured home that is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom. We have maintained the home very well. Since moving in we have installed ceiling fans in the master bedroom and a chandelier in the dining room. We are also including a flat screen wall mounted television in the bedroom and a refrigerator. We have added a 6 by 9 (approximate) porch to the front of the home.
