The Center Sales and Service Associates are an integral part of our team as they are the front line voice to our customers. In this role you will be responsible for fielding inbound calls from potential and existing customers addressing concerns providing solutions and then selling our products and services. To be considered for this position all candidates are required to complete an online assessment (administered immediately post application and may take up to approx. 60 min). The assessment MUST be taken within 5 days of application. Wages Training 10.50 to start with hourly wage increases every 6 months until reaching top of wage scale - Incredible earning potential based on performance Training will be approximately 7 weeks M-F 9am-6pm for the first 5 weeks 10am.-7pm for the remaining weeks. MUST be able to attend entire training without time off. Work Location 999 W Main Street Boise ID Typical Work Hours 10am to 7pm Mon - Fri. Current call center hours of operation are 8am to 7pm. Mon-Fri. Shifts are based on seniority. Mandatory overtime may be required based on call volumes during normal hours of operation.
