Senior Recruiter

The Senior Recruiter will partner with and consult corporate and field management on all aspects of the staffing process for assigned areas of the business. As an integral part of the Talent Acquisition Team this position will source and screen passive candidates review applicants coach hiring managers on staffing best practices while building and leveraging talent networks to generate leads. Additionally this role will help drive recruitment programs that allow 24 Hour Fitness to hire a highly skilled and diverse workforce. Minimum Educational Level Certifications Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field. SHRM Certified Professional (PHR) or Senior Professional (SPHR). Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications 5 years of experience in Recruiting Human Resources or staffing function. Experience managing large projects from start to finish.
