We are a local Clearwater Largo based retail software company seeking applicants with a background in bookkeeping accounting and have the flexibility to travel within the US and on occasion Canada to train users of our system. Retail sales and inventory knowledge is helpful. The software trainer and support analysit responsibility is working with retail companies utilizing a specialized software package to process their day to day business requirements. Our company will train the appropriate applicant. Compensation is dependant upon experience. Core Requirements are Computer savvy experience with spreadsheets and word doc fast & accurate typing skills good customer service skills must pay attention to detail and organized without assistance. Requirements Training skills required with patience within an office environment and at a users location. Training skills required with patience on line via a shared service experience. Be a team player with other support personnel programmers and marketing. Flexible for after hours on call rotatation to assist users needs- compensation offerred. Must be flexible to travel to train users of our software. Must have a background in bookkeeping accounting. Will assist in documentation writing and creative ideas to assist users. Working Environment We are located just off of US 19 in a busy area with many ameniteies nearby and free parking lot. In office hours we are open Monday thru Friday 9 am - 6pm. Training at a users location -Monday thru Sunday availability dependant upon their needs. Must be able to fly and transport self to Tampa airport or St Pete Clearwater airport. Compensation 90 day training of our software package. Full time position only. Pay period Bi-weekly. Health Insurance is available after 90 days. Paid Federal Holidays. Vacation and Sick Days offered. When traveling to train client pays all travel expenses required for training. Travel compensation offered. Afterhours on call compensation offered.
