Real Estate is a great part-time job

Have you ever wondered how you get started in Real Estate when you still need to make a living Well i started off working part time a couple of nights a week and weekends in 1976. I worked at it sporadically till i quit my real job in 1984. That year i doubled my income. By 1985 . i was a managing broker of 33 agents. By 1986 i was a broker of my own office. Today i own 4 houses and im debt free and i owe it all to Real Estate. I am a believer in part time people who strive to better themselves. I dont have a big office and i dont want one.
