Job Description Establish a strong presence for Sierra Pacific Mortgage Inc. including but not limited to developing relationships with Realtors builders attorneys financial service providers and community groups Participate in all steps related to the origination of a mortgage loan including but not limited to meeting with prospects counseling borrowers taking mortgage applications face to face as well as by phone and running DU Learn the various borrowing programs and processes and stay current with changes and new products Adhere to all federal and state compliance guidelines relative to the position Job requirement Minimum of 2 years in Origination Self-motivated Superior customer service skills Calyx knowledge a plus Must have own book of business and capable of funding at a minimum of 500 000 per month Must possess New Jersey license through NMLS Perks Virtual office Great compensation plan Full Benefits and 401k Fast turn times Marketing products CRM lead management system (set for your clients and referral partners) Excellent Processing Excellent support team Your own office
