House has two bathrooms (yours is a full bath just down the hall a few feet also for use by infrequent guests. Norwegian Forest Cat will want your attention occasionally. No other pets please. GREAT LOCATION Five minute walk to bus connection less than 10 minutes to Microsoft Google Nintendo DigiPen Group Health AT& T and many employment centers in Redmond Bellevue and Kirkland. Fast food (Arby s Subway Teriyaki McDonald s Papa Murphy s etc) restaurants Starbucks Red Robin Safeway Whole Foods Salons Staples Sears Fred Meyer Bellevue College Bellevue Square Movie theaters etc. MOVE IN INFORMATION Utilities are included if not abused. If utility bills are too high we will split payment of the bills three ways (for three people). This has not happened in the past.
