OFFICE ASSISTANT

Looking for an organized self-starter with some residential repair knowledge. We are a fast growing Family owned and operated Residential Maintenance and Rehab contractor. Must have QuickBooks knowledge able to multi-task must be able to communicate well with the clients as well as the contractors via the phone and or written responses. The responsibilities will include but are not limited to creating contractor work orders invoicing services completed creating and submitting bids responding to client e-mails and or phone calls scheduling contractor appointments and placing supply orders. You must have reliable transportation and able to work some overtime if needed. The typical work week is Monday - Friday. We have a face paced relaxed fun environment.
