Personalized Living Manager Brookdale Senior Living is hiring Personalized Living Manager - join our dynamic staff in serving independent active seniors. Great place to work Position Summary The Personalized Living Manager is responsible for the overall direction of private duty services. Initiates implements and evaluates goals and objectives for quality services which meet and promote the standards of quality and contribute to the total organization and philosophy. Essential Functions Promotes the mission values and beliefs of Personalized Living. Supports a positive and professional image through actions and dress. Follows all Personalized Living Policies and Procedures. Maintains all client files according to policy and procedure manual. Oversees planning development organization implementation and evaluation of nursing services for Personalized Living Nursing Services. Coordinates the initial RN assessment for skilled clients. Coordinates and schedules services for residents who request or are in need of Personalized Living. Ensures that community and corporate policies are disseminated and followed by all Personalized Living associates. Reviews and evaluates each case by reviewing the services requested conferences record reviews and discussions. Interviews and provides orientation for all new associates. Ensures that all associate competencies are completed by appropriate personal initially and annually per state regulations. Facilitates case conferences meetings (as needed) with agency personnel to facilitate coordination of services. Informs the physician and other personnel of any changes in clients care. Conducts quarterly record reviews and communicates finding and recommendations to Administrator and other appropriate agency personnel. Provides or coordinates all Personalized Living nursing services as needed and within professional and state guidelines. Provides guidance and counseling to staff to assist them in continually improving all aspects of private duty services. Evaluates or coordinates with RN the performance of associates and assists associates in developing skills. Coordinates available resources for associates and families. Assists the Director in the recruiting hiring orientation and training of new associates. Ensures adequate staffing coverage for the provision of services on a day-to-day basis. Conducts annual evaluation of direct reports or more frequently if indicated. Assists with the maintenance of client records statistics reports and records for purposes of evaluation and reporting agency activities. Ensures proper maintenance of client records as prescribed and in compliance with local state and federal laws. Maintains or delegates the maintenance of adequate and appropriate inventory supplies and equipment for the provision of client services. Assists the Administrator and governing body with the quality management program as indicated. Assists in the development of organizational goals. Develops recommends and administers organization policies and procedures. Markets Personalized Living program to any appropriate audience. Reports all accidents and or incidents to the Administrator or designee immediately. Ensures that all required reports are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Respects and encourages the independence and dignity of each resident. Ensures complete and correct billing information for all clients. Completes administrative reports as necessary and submits to Personalized Living Administrator. Follows established infection control policies and procedures at all times.
