NEED SURGERY please read

Hi I am in desperate need of surgery. I have severe endometriosis and it is widespread affecting my organs. I am an advocate for Endometrisos Awareness and a precinct manager for the EndoMarch which takes place in Washington DC however currently I am unable to fufill my position due to constant pain. I am scheduled to have surgery on February 28th but I must have the funds up front that my insurance will not pay (Deductibles and out of pocket).
