We are seeking people who can perform property inspections in the St. Cloud area. Required equipment is a Android or I phone smartphone with data plan windows laptop net book digital camera gps mapping program high speed internet access. This position requires contact with the public. This is a contract position 1099 Inspectors are responsible for their expenses. Must be able to pass a background check. Please send resume or letter of interest. This is NOT a M-F business we run 7 days a week if needed if you are not available on weekends please do not apply. Please be entrepreneurial minded. Perform mortgage inspections Verify occupancy and property condition Take substantiating photos of the properties Conduct interior and exterior inspections on properties Evaluate and report damage(s) to the inspected property Ensure quality and accuracy in the reporting of all pertinent details of property Represent the company and the company s clients with respect and integrity Leave Post call back cards for delinquency interview inspections Complete inspection work orders and return with requested time copyright 2015
