looking for small breed pup for free

I am looking fro a samll breed puppyfor my daughter must be in or near Waverly NY or willing to deliver as i dont drive. we d like something small like a Yorkie Pug Chug maltese shih tzu mini tea cup variety will consider mixed breeds to as long as it will stay no loarger than 20lbs. Please help would like to have it by Dec 18 2014 if possible if you got one or can help please respond serious inquires bout dog only no nasty emails becuase i want a small breed for free ty in adavance
