One of our well established banking client is looking for Part-time Customer Service Representative Major Bank Duration 1 year contract with a high possibility of extension Location London ON Hours Availability Applicants must be flexible to work a rotating schedule Monday to Friday primarily between the hours of 1 00 p.m. and 9 00 p.m. with flexibility to work to 11 p.m. and Saturdays between 10 00 a.m. and 6 00 p.m. Premium payrate for evening shift and OT Evening shift Additional Information Part time positions available with a minimum of 22.5 hours a week. Must Have Must have sales experience Excellent Telephone Customer Service Skill Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skill Objection handling Skill Nice To have Call Centre Experience Job Description This position will handle primarily outbound calls to established bank s customers and sell Bank s products and services. You will meet formalized objectives for sales productivity and quality. You will provide consistent superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources. You will identify and act upon all sales opportunities and refer clients to other appropriate business units within Bankt. You will receive extensive product and sales training as well as regular coaching to ensure your success in the role. Job Requirements You have exceptional customer service skills and a passion for sales. You must be able to multi-task and demonstrate strong problem solving skills. You must exhibit excellent attention to detail and the ability to accurately process transactions. Strong verbal and listening skills are essential for this position as well as a proven sales record. Candidates must be enthusiastic team players and willing to take an active role in campaigns and business building initiatives.
