Now hiring 5 finish plaster specializing in historical renovation to work for established company Salary 32.00 to 36.00 Hourly 40.00 Hours per week Other Benefits As per collective agreement Experience 3 years to less than 5 years Major Work Area Construction Repair Historical renovation Type of Establishment Work Setting Experience Residential Area of Plastering Specialization Stucco Ornamental panels and trims Veneer plaster systems Plaster model making and templates Plaster mold and cast making Decorative texturing Area of Drywall and Lath Installation Specialization Suspended ceilings and floors Acoustical ceilings Textured ceilings Decorative finishes and accessories Specific Skills Clean and prepare surfaces Mix plaster ingredients to desired consistency Apply level and smooth coats of plaster Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exterior surfaces Finish corners and angles Create decorative designs in finish coat Mould and install ornamental fixtures Spray acoustic or texture materials over walls and ceilings Measure cut and fit and install drywall sheets Fabricate grids for acoustical and coffered ceilings Cut openings in laths for piping ducts and electrical outlets Utilize laser alignment system Erect scaffolding Additional Skills Work at heights Essential Skills Working with others Problem solving Decision making Critical thinking Job task planning and organizing Significant use of memory Finding information Continuous learning How to Apply By Fax (416) 538-3088
