Complete routine equipment inspections troubleshoots and ensure a safe environment. Position Responsibilities Complete all unit work orders assigned. This includes but is not limited to analyzing repairing plumbing electrical heating and air conditioning malfunctions and carpentry repairs. Repair and maintain in operating condition all common areas. This includes but is not limited to buildings pools public restrooms front entrance and lobby areas parking lots walkways fitness room and all common areas. Repair or replace defective equipment and or parts using hand and power tools. Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools such as hammers hoists saws drills and wrenches to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices. Log repairs maintenance duties performed daily and complete all required paperwork promptly and accurately. Complete work orders and sign off when completed. Complete pool duties as assigned. This includes but is not limited to cleaning pool Jacuzzi kiddie pool clean filters to pool and recording readings. Remove any maintenance related debris from interior exterior maintenance. Responsible for keeping maintenance shops vehicles in clean organized and safe condition. Notify supervisor of supplies needed. Safeguard all supplies equipment and tools. Respond to emergency calls on a weekly rotating standby schedule. Provide quality and professional service when responding to guest concerns and maintain good working relationships with other departments and their team members. Perform other duties as assigned. Position qualifications High School degree diploma or equivalent additional experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance. Ability to use hand and power tools.
