Do you or a loved one need help in the home CDPAP is a state funded program that is designed for individuals who may need help with their day-to-day activities. Consumers are allowed to recruit almost anyone including any family members to take care of them The members can take on the role of the caregiver and be paid a salary for their time. Any patient who qualifies for Medicaid and requires home care personal care or skilled nursing services can sign up for the CDPAP program. NO EXPERIENCE TRAINING or CERTIFICATION REQUIRED.
