Job Duties Specific responsibilities of the Marketing Purchasing Coordinator must include but are not limited to the following Marketing Develop and manage online marketing campaigns presentations and collateral with the purpose of generating new sales opportunities for the company. Representing the company outside of the office by attending events such as trade shows or conferences. Provide Marketing and Sales assistance to increase customer base and sales volume. Editing and Analyzing Sales and Customer Reports to determine the best sales and marketing techniques to be applied. Purchasing Responsible for efficient purchasing of inventory for operations to include stock and special order inventory. Prepares purchase orders requests.Review data for accuracy and inputs into Sage. Expedites purchase orders as necessary to ensure delivery of purchased products to meet exceptions and deadlines. Verify stock stage and work with Operations to schedule deliveries to appropriate technician. Review pricing and product specifications from various suppliers to determine best cost. Schedule will calls as needed. Vendor relations. Create and maintain purchasing files price lists and inventory for upcoming jobs. Requirements Minimum 1 year experience in marketing. BS in Marketing preferred. Previous marketing experience such as email campaign launches collateral and presentation creation. Experience or familiarity with Sage preferred. Must be organized and able to multi-task while paying attention to details and deadlines. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Products. Ability to work with all levels of staff.
