Job Description Assist Developmentally Disable Adults in their homes and in the community. This includes assisting with their care welfare safety and security as well as with their recreational activities to provide a quality of life they would otherwise be unable to enjoy. Additional duties include but are not limited to assisting with basic living skills and communication providing a safe and healthy living environment providing power and choice over their lives helping them become valued and integrated members of their community maintaining effective assistance supervision documentation and communication to ensure the highest level of personalized care possible ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME INCLUDE EVENINGS NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS Job Requirements All persons interested in applying for a position with Life Force Services Inc. must be at least 18 years old and possess the following Fluent use and understanding of the English language High School Diploma or GED Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check Three valid Work and or Personal References Maintain reliable transportation to and from shifts trainings and meetings Ability to act as a proper role model inbehavior and dress Benefits Employer Sponsored - Medical Dental Vision and Life Insurance and Employee Assistance Program Employee Funded - 401k Plan and AFLAC All benefits are available after 60 days of full-time employment Paid Time Off is also available one year after completing required training.
