So let me start by describing myself I am a laid back straight artsy type and Chicago sports fan in his early 30s looking looking for a roommate.I m currently looking for someone in their late twenties and early thirties.I have no problem Being a roommate with a woman as long as the person is respectful and friendly the apartment has 2 bedrooms and is on the 3rd floor.I am 420 friendly but the apartment is not exactly a party apartment So no crazy parties .Please No drunks No felons or burnouts The rent is 325 but you must have proof of employment and 325 deposit that my landlord requires and app fee is 25 .Most likely he ll want you to assign a 1 year lease.The apartment is in Portage park neighborhood near Jefferson park and is 5 minutes from the Mayfair metra line and Montrose blue line station close to ohare.The apartment is 15 minutes away from the six Corner shopping district and 15 minutes from the jewels and fruit market.please write a brief description of yourself If you want to know more are you are interested you can text me or call me.
