Seeking home to rent - Extremely stable income

My husband and I are seeking a home to rent starting March 1st 2015. We are both working adults at very stable companies with a combined income of over 85K. We are looking in the East End of Louisville Simpsonville Shelbyville area. Preferably 2 bed 2 bath. We have two small dogs and a large dog all friendly and house broken. A fenced in yard would be ideal. We can comfortably afford 1100 a month. We live in Frankfort and are relocating because of our jobs our current house is for sale and has been under our ownership for 5 years. We are stable quiet clean and easy to get along with. We are both smokers but absolutely do not smoke indoors under any circumstance My husbands 9 year old daughter comes every weekend so we prefer a nice neighborhood where she is safe and can ride her bike.
