Defining project scope can be the biggest asset or the biggest weakness of a project. We push to fully define all parameters with the customer up front so that our scope is as accurate as possible. This means that putting together proposals take some extra time but drastically reduces if not eliminates scope creep. With a fully defined scope we won t have to worry about coming back for more money on the back end. The expectations of the customer and of our engineers will always be on par with each other. Planning project schedule plays a major role in every project. We bring a diverse team of multi-disciplinary engineers to each project coordinating our resources to align with the timing requirements of the customer build a successful project where everyone is satisfied with the result. In the proposal process we decide what engineering resources we will dedicate to the project and plan out roles and responsibilities both for our internal use as well as to better educate the customer on project flow. Each project is assigned a team leader and the appropriate engineers needed. Our customers will have access to project status through our team leader as well as our marketing director whom is the main point of contact for all projects. As a company we maintain a wide range of engineers with many different specializations. Our diversity allows us to be the experts you need to handle most projects we see. Our engineering process is heavily structured with ample documentation on design decision and changes. Each engineer is responsible for both the engineering work as well as documentation to support their designs. Our senior engineers fully review every project before it is presented to our customers. With our in-depth documentation we are able to deliver both engineering solutions with all of the detailed drawings and documentation. Projects can be revisited after any amount of time with the same understanding as we had when the project was completed. We also provide any user manuals or instructional documentation required for operation of equipment we design. We won t leave you and your business out to dry.
