Looking for live-in retired semi-retired couple or mature individual. Westmount area and on major bus route. Looking for active person for light yardwork and reliable supervision. Light duties keep sidewalk clean sweep keep flowers and grass tidy. someone that is home and watching how things are going were not looking for security guard we need someone that can call an owner or supervisor if there is something going on. (noise complants locked out tenants epcor guy cable guy etc) And if needed you would be able to knock on anyones door to relay message from management etc. This is a nice quiet apartment building with a unique courtyard style construction so every suite has their own front door. No hallways to keep clean etc. It cleans up fast. Gardening knowledge an asset but not required. Not much weeding just watering flowers. Two apple trees need attention as well.
