Knowledge of the use of equipment and tools of the trade in the department. Some experience as restaurant cook. Speak read and write Spanish is a PLUS Must be able to work safely in a fast paced environment.HELPFUL SKILLS Prior cook or prep helper experience.QUALIFICATIONS Must exhibit a responsible professional and positive attitude towards the job. Must have good communication skills. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
