JOB DESCRIPTION Office Manager -- Accounting and Administration Husker Siding Windows and Roofing is seeking an experienced office administration manager with an accounting background and proven supervisory communication and analytical skills. Ideal candidate will be a self-driven and motivated individual with excellent planning and organizational skills someone who displays precision attention to detail and proficiency with programs including Quickbooks Microsoft Word Outlook and Excel. This position is a key role instrumental in optimizing the cash flow stream through effective management of accounts payable and receivable as well as operating expenses. Position reports to company management starting at 35 000.00 salary may go up depending on experience. The postion is full time Monday -- Friday from 9 am to 6 pm. RESPONSIBILITIES The manager will provide administrative support decision-making and leadership to the organization. Individual will be involved in the areas of Billing Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Settlements Payroll & Office Administration overseeing daily business operations and ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of all Administrative and Accounting functions systems and staff. Position serves as primary contact for Accounting Payroll and General Office Administration. Resolves vendor and customer account discrepancies as required. Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls ensuring transactions are executed in line with company approved policies and standard operating procedures. Participates in monthly closings and special projects as necessary. Displays excellent supervisory analytical problem-solving and communication skill. The manager of administration deals with general customer inquiries and also keeps an eye on the day-to-day operations of the office gathering storing adapting and distributing information within the organization. Offers support to other managers and departments on projects and provides documents as well as communication management. Works at managing the office budget and reviewing office expenditures. Responsible for training and evaluating the supporting payables receivables and billing staff and managing their work product and deadlines. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent experience. Previous experience in Office Area Administration with supervisory skills required. Preferred industry experience in Industrial Construction Trucking Cargo Transportation Logistics etc. Ability to translate contractual and operational processes into accounting processes Self-starter with excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy organization and planning. Strong written and verbal communication skills to deal at all functional levels. Excellent interpersonal skills that promote collaboration and effective communication. Highly developed interactive and influencing capacities to deal effectively with customer and vendor relationships. Ability to define processes and procedures as well as initiate tasks related to job requirements. Quick learner with excellent work habits. Must be a team player with a positive attitude Ability to maintain files in a systematic and orderly fashion. Reliability and trustworthiness coupled with flexibility and the ability to handle a variety of tasks. Works well under pressure and strict deadlines with constant re-prioritization of duties.
