Busy Pasadena Company is look for an experienced Client Benefits Analyst to help deliver exceptional user experience. Job Responsibilities are as followed -Support the Account Manager team with analysis selection and administration of Client employee benefit programs. -Assist and coordinate with the Account Manager creating pre-renewal and renewal materials to be presented to client. -Create Annual Pre-Renewal and Renewal workbooks. -Keep data base updated ensuring deliverable s are met on time and maintain up-to-date client documentation. -Develop relationships with carriers to act as one of the primary contacts during renewal and negotiation process. -Prepare reports to summarize benefit analysis and evaluations. -Evaluate and compare benefit plans study utilization of claims data develop recommendations to best support clients employee benefits strategies. -Notify carriers of renewal decisions and request appropriate documentation. -Handle Cobra benefit changes rate changes etc.. -Assist and prepare benefit renewal presentations open enrollment packages coordinate meetings and assist with printing collating and printing. -Provide Assistance to clients in resolving plan administration issues premium billing reconciliation plan set up enrollment etc.. Minimum Qualifications Required -Advanced experience using Excel Macro s and Pivot Tables Word and PowerPoint. -Excellent Analytical skills -Able to pull data from Excel and add to Workbooks. -Exceptional communication skills both oral and written -Valid Drivers License and acceptable DMV record -Insurance Industry experience required -BA Degree preferred but will consider strong work experience with financial concepts. Compensation is 25- 27 hour 8am-5pm
