My Well established client in banking is looking for - IT Specialist Platform Services- VOIP Duration 6 months contract with possible extension. Location Mississauga ON Develop technical solutions for on premises voice video call control basic and advanced services (CUCM CUC CER call processing gateways proxies) Develop technical solutions of common voice reachability and voice conferencing services An ideal candidate has exp with design test deployment Network. Must haves Candidate needs to possess the knowledge of how to implement and operate gateways SME Cisco Unified Border Element and QoS in a voice network architecture. Technical elements include CISCO Certified Engineer Cisco Certified Voice professional Communication Manager Unity Connection Emergency Responder Session Manager VOIP Support tools e.g. Prime SIP Trunking Unified SIP Proxy Unified Border Element (SIP Trunking with CUBE) H323 Gateway Configuration CTI ports SRST E911 PS ALI Wireless Networking and Cisco Wireless Handsets (Endpoints) Quality of Service Support Services including LDAP (Active Directory) DHCP (DHCP Scopes) DNS Reporting Services (Exony) Endpoints (Cisco Phones 79xx 89xx EX60 EX90 ) Description The Platform Services IT Specialist provides technical expertise and implements solutions related to platform services for Voice and Video infrastructures. The specialist creates low level designs detailed configuration elements (physical logical etc...) and all support documents (installation guides support guides deployment guides) related to platform services. The IT Specialist will implement configuration changes to DEV PAT PROD environments. This role will work along side our collaboration services specialists design solution specialists as well as other teams within Bank and vendors across North America Please fill the skill Metrix table below - Cisco Unified Communications Yes Ability to develop design documentation for end-to-end solutions Yrs. able to handle multiple applications and are able to troubleshoot and fix deployment issues Yrs.
