1959 Dodge Farm Truck FlatbedDump With 16 Foot Bed

I have owned this truck for many years and it has been used on occasion to haul gravel hay scrap...etc... It has a 1969 318 in it that was bought as a long block from P.E.R. in Portland. That was 15 or so years ago but the truck probably hasn t driven 3 000 miles in that time. I recently purchased 6 tires that have 90% or so tread. 2 highways for the front and 4 traction for the rear. They are mounted but only the steer tires have been installed. The truck will need some tinkering to be road worthy again I just installed a new clutch master cylinder slave cylinder and lines. The brake master cylinder needs rebuilt or replaced as it s seeping. The truck has hydro boost brakes and stops well. I was nervous about the fuel tank after it sat the last time and I am using a small gas can under the hood. I would kit the carb if putting it back into service. After sitting for a couple years this last time it smoked bad out the RH side for awhile but seems to have cleared up. I assume a ring had stuck The truck also has a 2 speed rear end.... The bed is 16 feet long by (at) 7 feet wide and wood floored but I installed metal over it so rock would slide easier.... It s a solid project of a vintage work horse. It should be trailered from the property or towed for safety reasons. 4950.00 cash. Located near Portland Oregon.
