Technical Sales Representative

SUMMARY Management Business Solutions (MBS) is seeking an Technical Sales Representative for a telecommunications company in the Grand Rapids MI area to prospect for and close deals with new accounts. This is a business-to-business outside sales opportunity that also involves managing accounts for future revenue streams. RESPONSIBILITIES Prospect for new customers in assigned territory maintain a strong prospect pipeline Develop and maintain relationships with new businesses Identify qualify and follow up with sales leads to ensure above average quota and revenue goal attainment Provide technical advice on business applications to fulfill customer needs Respond to Requests For Proposals (RFP) Coordinate with engineering and sales support to complete product configuration and ensure successful product installation Manage and maintain customer and account information and status in company CRM QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma required college education a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Prior outside sales experience in a business-to-business environment Strong working knowledge of telecommunications products and services MANAGEMENT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
