DIRECTOR OF EDUCATION STAFF DEVELOPEMENT

Beauvais Manor a 184 skilled nursing facility is seeking an enthusiastic RN to serve as Director of Education. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of RN experience with at least 1 year in long term care enviroment. The facility will consider an individual with the education drive and motivation to be a part of our team. Job Requirements Provides orientation for all employees following the Orentation policy and out Coordinates schedules and directs facility in-services for all staff. Participates in health and safety requirements and acts as personel health nurse. Directs the Quality Assurance Program (QAPI) of the facility. Supervises the accuracy and maintenance of all nursing records and licensures. Acts as Infection Control Nurse for facility. Willing to be on-call rotation. Ability to teach instruct and direct orientation continuing education in-service and act as Clinical Supervisor as needed. Must read know and follow personel department and facility procedures and adhere to local state and federal requirements. Salary and Benefits are highly competitive.
