Room to rent in a clean and quiet home-WOMEN ONLY

Hello I have a lovely home in West Palm Beach with an extra room to rent available December 8th. We would share the common areas. It is FULLY FURNISHED (the pictures are before I moved in) with new furniture and mattresses and elegant piano. It includes Wi-Fi and washer dryer. The bedroom has a queen size bed dressers and closet. I supply the beddings towels and all kitchen appliances. I keep my home clean and organized. I have an alarm system installed. I look for a WOMAN (men please do not reply) who isn t smoking and has a secure job non smoker and has no pets. The price is 700 plus we split the utilities therefore 800 including all utilities. I can reduce the price when it is for long term (6months to 1 year). I will ask for a 30 background check. It is a ground floor villa without anyone living above. It is facing a community lake where we can sit on the bench and enjoy the serenity. It has a lot of daytime sunlight coming through all the windows. The community has plenty of parking spots. It is not far from downtown area west of military trail and north of Okechobee. There is a large clubhouse with 2 pools game room (ping pong pool etc.) library gym changing rooms with sauna and showers and a large community room with kitchen that can be rented to host events. I find the community very homy and lovely to live in with friendly neighbors and they are welcoming my roommates. I love the positive energy inside my home and in the neighborhood. I am 39 years old I live a very holistic lifestyle organic food meditation yoga swimming I do not smoke I don t drink alcool I am not into parties I lead a quiet life. I am Christian and have an active life with a Bible study group and most of my friends are christians. I have extensive experience for many years of having female roommates living with me I am easy to live with and I enjoy the company of roommates we always become friends. I never had a bad experience. I am a meditation spiritual teacher as well as a piano teacher.
