I m renting out the bedrooms in my 2 bedroom apt for 600 a MONTH to a single woman or a single mother in need of a TEMPORARY place to stay until FEB 28TH. YOU WOULD BE RENTING THE ROOM UNTIL THE 28TH OF FEB. I m located in the Parkville area and I m near Morgan State Univ. I m near plenty of PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION and there is a shopping center 2 mins up the street within walking distance. I m looking to rent out the rooms THIS WEEK. So please respond prompotly. Depending on the date of you re move in the rent will be PRO-rated. I m young 23 year old college educated woman. I m a case worker so I m very sympathetic to those in need. ) There is ONLY ONE BATHROOM so you would need to be comfortable sharing with another person. EVERYONE MUST BE CLEAN NO EXPECTATIONS WE ARE GROWN PEOPLE ) LOL NO SMOKING IN THE APT AT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I HAVE A BALCONY IF YOU ARE A SMOKER. I have signed the lease on a new apt that I will be moving to in Jan so since I won t be in the apt anymore during the month of Jan I figure I might as well Rent it out to someone who needs a temporary place to stay.
