This position is also responsible for the scheduling of the maintenance team members to ensure completion of facility activities and will assist the Facilities Manager with daily tasks according to departmental guidelines. Specific assignments include but are not limited to the following PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESEstablish and maintain a preventative maintenance program for a conveyor system bailer HVAC system and other facility equipment.Ensure proper inventory levels for replacement parts to minimize equipment down time....
