I am reaching out to you for assistance with securing a sample group from the Washington-Arlington-Alexandria D.C.-VA. Md. W.Va. metropolitan statistical area (DC MSA). The DC MSA comprise of the District of Columbia Calvert Charles Frederick Montgomery and Prince George s counties in Maryland Arlington Clarke Fairfax Fauquier Loudoun Prince William Spotsylvania Stafford and Warren counties in Virginia Alexandria city Fairfax city Falls Church city Fredericksburg city Manassas city and Manassas Park city in Virginia and Jefferson County West Virginia). I am conducting a qualitative exploratory multiple case study to explore why some IT specialists after experiencing unplanned and unexpected unemployment as a result of corporate offshoring acquired gainful employment whereas other similarly unemployed IT specialists have not. I am requesting your assistance in identifying potential candidates for me to interview.
