Purchaser Profound knowledge of product specifications functionalities and applications related to construction materials especially natural and manufactured stones Proven records for purchasing activities and involvement in high importance and complex construction projects Establishes and maintains strong business relationship with suppliers Team player flexibility strong work ethics and ability to handle stress and work in a fast-paced environment Engages in problem solving Wage 25.5 per hour 35 hour per week Project Manager Over three years past experience in overseeing the Construction project from start to finish Ability to communicate with a range of people including the client suppliers the public and the workforce Monitor project performance schedule costs equipment manpower materials equipment maintenance health & safety and quality control Able to easily read interpret and know drawings and specifications Maintain a flexible work schedule and may be expected to work outside normal hours Cooperating with other people on workplace safety and health matters Educational credential and or PMP designation preferred International travel may be necessary Wage 43 per hour 35 hour per week Construction Supervisor Supervise preparation of plans specifications schedules and cost estimates for new construction and relocatable buildings assist in organizing services necessary for construction. Supervise support technician or other assigned personnel. Monitor progress of the contractors on projects evaluate schedules ensure that project deadlines are met Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of staff and the public Data processing techniques capabilities and applications Educational credential and or PMP designation preferred International travel may be necessary Wage 43 per hour 35 hour per week Painter Knowledge of equipment materials methods practices and tools used in painting trade Knowledge of and ability to mix paint to match colors Smooth and prepare surfaces for painting including sanding and removing old paint Fill nail holes cracks and joints with putty plaster or other filler Wage 43 per hour 35 hour per week Tile setter Prepare measure and mark the surface to be covered Cut and trim tiles to fit around various objects and openings Establish the best layout for achieving desired patterns to complement a variety of spaces Finish tile installations using a variety of grouts and sealers Wage 19.5 per hour 35 hour per week If you meet above criteria please email your resume to alphalivinghome(at)hotmail.com.
